Yoga provides a cost effective solution to promote health, wellness and employee engagement at your workplace. I offer group and private yoga, meditation and mindfulness sessions in person.
Getting started couldn’t be easier, I offer sessions before work, after work, or anytime, with on-site classes adapted to meet the needs of your organisation.

Yoga Therapists have a vast array of tools at their fingertips, allowing us to weave our magic into the unique needs of every-body. It is not one aspect alone of the body, mind, spirit, which needs balancing, but all the systems together.
Yoga has long been a part of my journey, keeping me strong since a back injury in my early 20’s. I have maintained a regular practice ever since, affording me over two decades of personal practice. Over this time, I have experienced the subtle shifts of the postures, breathing practices, relaxation, and meditation, on my way of ‘being’ in every-day life. This inspires me to bring these powerful teachings to others.
My yoga training started in 2008 with a 200-hour Ashtanga Teacher Training with Paul Dallaghan at Centred Yoga, Thailand. Later that year I took a 200-hour Pranayama (breathwork) Teacher Training with Shri O.P Tiwariji at the Kaivalyadhama Institute, India. I continue to learn from my original teachers and am inspired by many others such as: Eve Grzybowski, Donna Farhi, Celia Roberts, Pema Chodron, and the late B.K.S Iyengar. In 2022 I completed my studies in Yoga Therapy. With over 750 hours of specific training, the course was guided by the work of Leigh Blashki and teachers Sal Flynn, Annette Loudon, and Louise Godfrey.
Over the last 10 years I have specialised in teaching Pre and Postnatal Yoga, and teach the Hypnobirthing Australia course, and childbirth education workshops. Over the last 2 years I have worked as a Yoga Therapist in both group settings and one on one.
I enjoy seeing my clients, people with a range of physical, emotional, and mental health concerns, benefit from a personalised yoga practice.
